Personal Signals
Up to five things that matter to you, named by you. Cairn watches for them in your entries and shows how often each one came up this week.
Naming what matters
Add up to five signals — deep work, exercise, a person, whatever you want to keep an eye on. Each one gets a name and an emoji, and that is the whole setup.
How Cairn counts them
As your entries are analysed, Cairn marks a signal whenever its topic comes up — named outright, or understood from the way you talked around it. The list shows this week's count beside each signal, and whether it is rising or falling against last week.
Five is the limit on purpose
A short list stays readable at a glance. You can remove a signal and put another in its place whenever you like; counting starts from the entries you record afterwards, so give a new signal a week before reading much into it.
