Reading the timeline
Entries are grouped by day, newest first. Each card shows the time, the mood Cairn heard, an energy bar and the first lines of what you said. The coloured dots above the list are your week at a glance — one per day, filled in when you recorded.
Getting to one entry
Tap any card to open the full entry: complete transcription, the analysis, and the biometrics captured at that moment. Tap the microphone at the bottom to add a new one without leaving the screen.
When a card looks unfinished
An entry recorded on the watch appears as soon as it transfers, sometimes before transcription has finished. It fills itself in — you do not need to do anything, and nothing is lost if you close the app in the meantime.
