Haptic check-in
A silent check-in for when you can't speak: tap a glyph, then turn the Digital Crown to set your energy from 1 to 5, and tap Done. It's logged straight to your timeline — no talking, no transcript.
When you cannot speak
In a meeting, on a train, next to a sleeping child — tap a glyph for how it feels, turn the Digital Crown to set energy from one to five, tap Done. No microphone, no transcript, no sound.
What it records
A mood glyph and an energy level, stamped with the same biometric context as any other entry. It is a thinner record than a spoken one, and that is the trade: a check-in you actually make beats a recording you postpone.
How it appears later
On the timeline it sits alongside your voice entries and counts towards your streak. Insights use it too — energy and biometrics are exactly the parts that patterns are built from.
